Join our Poster Presentation Competition where creativity meets the clock! Participants will have just 2 hours to craft visually captivating and informative posters that showcase their ideas and expertise. Unleash your design skills and communicate your message effectively in this thrilling race against time!

Rules and Regulations:

1. Team Poster Making Competition.
2. Teams consist of 3 members.
3. Themes provided in advance, but the specific topic is given on the event day.
4. The event lasts for 2 hours.
5. Chart paper provided, bring your own supplies (e.g., pens, sketches).
6. Mobile phone usage allowed to access articles (not the web).
7. Team members can interact but no discussions with outsiders allowed.
8. There is only a single round

Rules for Round I:

• In this round, each team will have to create an advertisement advertising any biotechnological product or service of choice for length strictly between 3-5 mins.
• The topics will be participants choice.
• Each submission will be judged based on the team's creativity, customer appeal, adherence to the topic, coordination, and overall enticement of the advertisement.

Rules for Round II:

• The top qualifying teams from Round I will be shortlisted for Round II.
• In this round, each team will have to create an advertisement for length strictly between 3-5 minutes for the theme provided by the organizing committee.
• The topics will be announced and groups would be given 10 minutes for preparation and ideation.
• Further details regarding the final round will be conveyed after the results of Round II.
