Round 1: Case studies

• Display a case study and give the participants a situation where in a role of manager they assess what the best outcome of the situation is . Grading is on 20 points 5 - creativity 5 - plan for execution 5 - Delivery and confidence 5 - strategy

Round 2: Stress Test

• Interview candidates and ask them questions and put them under stress to see how well the participants handle it (like interview round) Grading is on 20 points 5 - creativity 5 - plan for execution 5 - Delivery and confidence 5 - strategy

Round 3: Role Play (if time permits)

• One of the volunteers will read a script and explain situation that requires managerial experience to handle the situation.(HR management cases, cases to solve conflict) Participants in real time should adapt to the information being received through conversation and react accordingly and help the parties involved to find the best case solution that benefits the company and all parties involved.
